*AM FM-ENERGY does not ship any large freight items (stoves & grills) These are handled by the Factory and they will ship via common carrier to terminal or freight hub center that services your area and transit time can vary from 1 to 10 days. Shipper will call to make appointment for you to pick up. After you make payment it will take about 3 business days to process the order before shipping. A tracking number will be sent to you when item ships. (can also ship to your workplace free if you have forklift or loading dock).

Orders may cancel for a full refund at any time prior to shipment. Cancellation after your order ships will incur some charges for freight. Your refund amount will be determined at that time. Refunds will be applied to your credit card.
Factory Now offers resident lift gate delivery for extra 75.00 at checkout, This is curb side only not an in the house delivery, you can request lift gate in the shipping method (drop-down box.) Just click the arrow in shipping method of the check out page, (cart). THIS OPTION MUST BE PAID FOR BEFORE STOVE SHIPS OUT, otherwise it will go to terminal for pick up.
INSPECT YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU ACCEPT IT. Damage in transit must be noted on the bill of lading. If you find damage, you have the right to refuse the shipment. Contact us immediately for a replacement or a full refund. In the event of cosmetic damage, you have the option of noting the damage on the bill of lading AND accepting the product & contacting us. We will file a claim with the carrier for the damage incurred and ship replacement repair parts to you at no charge. (Failure to note all damages on the bill of lading results in disallowance of any freight claim) Refusal to accept your order for any reason other than damage in transit might incur charges for return freight and/or restocking.
